    Group Coaching | 12.09.25

In this session, we checked in with Rose Bud Thorns and then moved into coaching around over-functioning, attachment wounds, and how the subconscious shapes almost everything we do. We talked about how to approach someone you’re interested in when you’re not sure they’re available, why anger is a valuable signal instead of something to avoid, and how direct communication helps attract the right people into your life. We also explored what it means to “level up” in healing, why old triggers can show up in new relationships, and how to read emotions as information instead of a problem. We ended by welcoming a new member to the group.
