Phase 1

  • You’ll start to recognize your old choreography, the patterns you’ve been doing for years without even realizing it. Understanding this stance is the first step toward changing it, and by the end of this module, you’ll have a clearer, more compassionate view of your own relational rhythm.

  • You’ll start recognizing the protective choreography you’ve been doing for years (the pullbacks, the shutdowns, the sudden “I’m too busy” moments) and understand where they truly come from. As you move through this module, my hope is that you’ll see this stance with curiosity rather than judgment, and start to understand how it once protected you and how it may be holding you back now.

  • You’ll begin to understand why you can crave closeness and fear it in the same breath, and how your body learned this dance long before you ever had words for it. By the end of this module, you’ll have a clearer, more compassionate understanding of your nervous system and the patterns that have felt “chaotic” for so long.

  • You’ll explore the patterns, thoughts, and body cues that define this stance, and how people with Secure Attachment navigate conflict, intimacy, and emotional needs without losing themselves. You’ll begin to recognize moments when you already lead with Secure behavior, even if you never noticed it before.

Phase 2

  • In this module, you’ll learn the three core ways to identify your own Attachment Stance: understanding the patterns, reflecting on your lived experiences, and examining how your nervous system responds in real-time moments. You’ll begin connecting the dots between your past, your body cues, and your current relationship habits.

  • In this module, you’ll learn a simple, powerful five-step process to shift the beliefs that keep your stance activated. You’ll explore how to identify the core limiting belief beneath your triggers, find the empowering belief that moves you toward security, gather real-life evidence to support it, feel that evidence in your body, and practice it in the brain state where real change happens. This is where your nervous system begins to learn a new rhythm.

  • In this module, you’ll walk through the three-step process of nurturing your Attachment Needs: identifying what your stance actually needs, meeting those needs internally, and meeting them behaviorally in your day-to-day life. You’ll learn how to build a felt sense of “I’ve got me,” while also practicing new patterns that allow you to receive support from others without abandoning yourself.

  • In this module, I’ll walk you through my three-part communication system: Regulate, Validate, Collaborate. You’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system before speaking, how to validate another person’s perspective without losing your own, and how to collaborate on solutions instead of slipping into blame, shutdown, or panic. This is the work that helps your relationships feel safer, clearer, and more connected.

  • In this module, we’ll talk about what it truly means to embody Secure Attachment. It’s not about staying calm all the time or never getting triggered again. It’s about learning to stay with yourself through the trigger. It’s about noticing your internal experience without abandoning yourself. It’s about choosing presence over panic, compassion over shame, and connection over old survival strategies.

Phase 3

  • Inside this closing lesson, we talk about where to go from here. Once you complete this course, you will unlock access to the advanced courses inside the Speak Honest Academy. These courses take you deeper into boundaries, somatic healing, emotional regulation, conflict repair, dating patterns, inner child work, and more. You now have the foundation, which means you get to choose the direction of your growth.
