Group Coaching | 03.18.25

In today’s Group Coaching session, we focused on personal growth, goal-setting, and overcoming self-sabotage patterns. Paige reflected on her need for smaller, more realistic goals to avoid feeling overwhelmed, and Lynette shared the positive shift in her relationship as her husband has started showing more support. Amanda discussed struggling with task completion and battling self-judgment, while Ashley opened up about learning to accept mood fluctuations due to bipolar disorder. The session highlighted the importance of shifting away from shame, accepting current states (even low energy), and setting self-compassionate goals. We also dove into neurodiversity and how it impacts self-acceptance, encouraging everyone to approach growth without judgment.
