Group Coaching | 10.21.25

In this session, we started with Rose Bud Thorns and then explored somatic affirmations in depth. The group learned how to connect empowering beliefs like “I am enough” to real physical sensations and experiences in the body. We talked about finding evidence for new beliefs, noticing the body’s responses, and creating personal somatic “signatures” that anchor safety and confidence. We also discussed how the body can hold on to tension even after mental healing, and how recognizing those sensations helps release old patterns.
