This week we did powerful work on identifying limiting beliefs and creating empowering beliefs to use in somatic repetition exercises. The conversation explored how perfectionism and fear of mistakes often trace back to early attachment wounds, and how shifting beliefs can open space for growth. We also dug into the balance between needs, wounds, and attachment, as well as the difference between hope and expectation in relationships.
