In this week's Group Coaching, we started with Rose Bud Thorns check-ins and then moved into some great conversations about setting boundaries in social situations. A big theme was the hidden cost of giving advice without permission and how it can affect relationships. We also touched on family dynamics, personal growth, and the importance of focusing on our own journey rather than trying to fix others.
