Group Coaching | 03.11.25
In today’s group coaching session, we dove into the intricacies of attachment styles, emotional regulation, and the importance of self-awareness. Kristin shared her experience with feeling "on fire" when her partner emotionally dumped, and we discussed hyper-vigilance as both a strength and a challenge in relationships. Stephanie worked through the Emotions vs. Perceptions exercise from Module 3, learning to differentiate between true emotions and perceptions, helping her address core wounds. We also explored limerence and the fantasy relationships it often stems from, focusing on shifting external validation to internal self-worth. The session also introduced somatic repetition techniques to rewire neural pathways and emphasized that imperfect practice is still progress.
