We kicked off the fall cohort by welcoming new members and starting with Rose Bud Thorns. From there, we had thoughtful conversations about the nuance between asking for needs and trying to change people. We also explored friendship dynamics, boundary setting, and how to communicate authentically without hidden agendas.
