In this group coaching session, we focused on building self-worth, improving communication, and strengthening emotional regulation skills. We learned how to identify both limiting beliefs and empowering beliefs, and how to feel those beliefs in the body while thinking of them. There was a strong focus on gathering and practicing with personal evidence to support positive beliefs.

We explored what it means to feel like a burden, how to reframe negative self-talk, and how to communicate needs in relationships without losing authenticity. The RAISE method was introduced as a tool for managing emotional responses, especially in moments of panic or overwhelm.
