Group Coaching | 04.01.25

In today’s Group Coaching session, we focused on setting healthy boundaries and spent time discussing Module 9. We explored the four types of boundaries: emotional, physical, material, and time. And how emotional boundaries are often the hardest to set. We also covered the importance of proactive boundaries, using “I” statements, and how to overcome fears around setting them. Finally, we talked about repairing boundary ruptures with collaboration and honesty.
