This session wrapped up modules 9 and 10 on boundaries and opened up a deeper conversation about how to hold boundaries with difficult people. We talked about the difference between a boundary and a request, why saying no feels so scary, and how therapy language can get misused to avoid responsibility. We also spent time talking about the upcoming shift into the new Speak Honest Academy, including what the new setup will look like and what to expect.
