Welcome to The Dance of Attachment Meditation Series. These short somatic meditations are designed to help you slow down, ground your body, and prepare for the healing work inside Dance of Attachment.

Each meditation is about five minutes long and can be used before journaling, reading, or anytime you need to reconnect with yourself. There’s no right way to listen. Just your way.

You’ll explore the four attachment dances (Secure, Anxious, Avoidant, and Disorganized) and the five steps of the D.A.N.C.E. method: Discover, Alleviate, Nurture, Communicate, and Embody.
